Made with delicious local ingredients, including COrner View Farm, Fulper Farm, Two Brothers Farm, Cervenka’s Farm, Highland Gourmet Meats, Nagy Orchard, Meadows & More Mushrooms, Shibumi Farm Mushrooms and other products from Stockton Market and local vendors. Our personal-sized pizzas can be eaten at the counter or ordered for take-out. Par-Bakes and Hand Made Dough available. We have Gluten-Free and Vegan Options. What size is your pizza and do you offer slices
We make personal-sized pizzas which are approximately 10". We do not sell slices as each pizza is made to order.
What is a par-baked pizza and why would I order it that way.
It is a pizza that is not fully cooked. Cooking this way allows you to pick it up earlier in your day, then cook it in the evening for dinner. This ensures you have a hot crispy pizza finished off to your liking.
Can I get the par-baked vacum sealed pizzas at your location, like the ones you offer in the stores
Yes, we will need at least a couple of hours to cook, cool and seal the pizzas. Please call to order and pick up at your convenience.
