Since 1993, our founder Jeff Stern has successfully operated three restaurants in the Flemington area. With Dockside Market and Grill, Jeff has incorporated his love of nutritional, delicious foods that help promote a healthy, active lifestyle. We will serve the freshest fish available including a full line of premium smoked fish, all natural hormone-free beef and poultry as well as local grown produce when available.
